‘We want to meet’, why did RSS send this message to Rahul Gandhi?

Rss on Rahul Gandhi: The meeting of the All India Executive Board of RSS in Mathura, Uttar Pradesh has ended, but something happened here due to which the political excitement has started gaining momentum. During this meeting, Sangh chief Mohan Bhagwat discussed reaching out to all sections of the society and running a campaign at a fast pace to end discrimination regarding water, temples and crematoriums in order to keep the Hindu society united. On the last day of this meeting, Sarkaryavah Dattatreya Hosabale, who held the number two position in RSS, gave a statement regarding Rahul Gandhi and Congress, due to which a new question has arisen.

We have no tussle with Congress – RSS

Leader of Opposition in Lok Sabha, Rahul Gandhi was seen attacking RSS and BJP during and before Bharat Jodo Yatra. After being elected MP in the year 2024, he had said in the Lok Sabha that BJP and RSS are not the entire Hindu society. He mentioned several times during Bharat Jodo Yatra that he has come to open a shop of love in the market of hatred. In fact, Dattatreya Hosabale said in this meeting of the Sangh that we do not have any tussle with Congress. He said, “We and our Sangh people meet all the people of the society. I meet people from other parties throughout the year.”

Lok Sabha elections Earlier, when there was a strong discussion that Varun Gandhi could join Congress, at that time Rahul Gandhi had said, “He has adopted the ideology of RSS. Even if you cut my throat, I cannot join the RSS.”

RSS wants to meet Rahul Gandhi

Hosabale said that where there is no shakha, people of the society come together and work to teach brotherhood and Hindu culture among themselves. Pointing towards Congress leader Rahul Gandhi, Dattatreya Hosabale said, “There is no need of hatred in the society. You want to run the shop of love in the market of hatred, but do not want to meet us. We want to meet… the people of the Sangh.” See you all.”
