Girl Died during Cricket Practice Kerala: If security is not taken care of in the game of cricket, then the lives of the players are at risk. Something similar has happened in Kerala, where a case of death of a 15-year-old girl has come to light. This incident took place in Kottakkal city of Kerala, where Tapasya, originally a resident of Maharashtra, suffered a serious head injury during cricket practice. He was quickly taken to the nearest hospital, but his condition worsened with time.
Tapasya’s family got her shifted to a hospital in Maharashtra, but on Wednesday she died due to serious head injury. Tapasya’s father’s name is Parshuram Seth, who trades in gold jewellery. Tapasya was a class 10th student, who was practicing without wearing a helmet with the players of her own school. If sources are to be believed, when the bowler was taking the run-up, then just before the ball was thrown, Tapasya’s attention went to something lying on the pitch. In such a situation, the 15-year-old student tried to make a pull shot, but failed to make the connection between the ball and the bat.
Tapasya fell on the ground immediately after being hit on the head by the ball, but died after being shifted to a hospital in Maharashtra. His family was living in Melamuri area of Malappuram city for many years. The cricket ball is very hard and even in international cricket, the batsmen come on the field to play with complete safety. Seeing such incidents, one remembers the incident when Phil Hughes died tragically while playing in Australian domestic cricket.
