Bhujangasana for back pain
If you often complain of pain in your back, then for this, regular practice of Marjari Asana or Bhujangasana Yoga should be done. With the help of this asana, along with stretching the chest, shoulders, and back, it can also help in removing unnecessary tension on the muscles.
Complaints of back pain are seen more in most of the people who work sitting in one place for a long time. If any such problem is not taken care of in time, then due to this, there may be a problem in walking and even getting up.
Naukasana, Bhujangasana for neck pain
People working on the computer for several hours continuously have been seen complaining of pain in the neck. It is also sometimes considered to be a pain of cervical (Neck pain). If there is a problem with the cervix, people may also find it difficult to move the head around after some time.
To get rid of it, Ustrasana, Naukasana and Bhujangasana yoga should be done regularly every day. It has been found in many researches that practicing yoga for nine weeks provides relief in pain and makes the sufferer able to do his own work.
Vrikshasana for foot pain
The reason for the problem of pain in the legs can be fatigue or muscle strain due to continuous work. Some people often have such problems due to arthritis in the feet. These problems can be relieved by daily practice of yogas like Viparitakarani, Paschimottanasana and Vrikshasana. By doing all these yoga, the flow of blood in the legs increases and the extra pressure from the muscles is also reduced.
