2- Pawanmuktasana- This yogasana massages the abdominal organs and strengthens the digestive system. This helps in passing gas and gas problem. This is a good yoga posture for asthma patients.
3- Setubandhasana- It is very good for asthma patients. The setu mudra formed in it opens the way to the chest and lungs. This is a good yoga posture for thyroid and asthma patients. It also improves digestion.
4- Bhujangasana- Bhujangasana is very good for asthma patients. In this, breathing problems in the chest are removed by staying in the cobra posture. This helps in blood circulation.
5- Downward breathing- Adho Mukha Svanasana is a good yoga posture for patients suffering from sinus and asthma. This calms the mind and keeps stress away. This yoga is beneficial for asthma patients.
