4- Orange- People consider orange as a source of vitamin C, but by eating orange, the body also gets vitamin D in sufficient quantity. You can also drink orange juice. By eating oranges, you can meet the daily needs of Vitamin-D.
5- Whole grains- Vitamin D is found in abundance in grains. To meet the deficiency of vitamin D, you can include wheat, barley and other cereals in the diet. A good amount of vitamin D is also found in oats.
