3. Nutrient Deficiencies
Lack of nutrients can also cause your hair to fall. Many foods which are low in iron and protein can sometimes cause excessive hair fall.
4. Birth Control Pills
Sometimes there can be a problem like hair loss due to taking birth control pills. In some people, its effect is seen after several days or months after taking the pills.

Kovid can also be the main reason for hair fall. Statistics show that most of the people recovering from Kovid-19 are victims of hair loss problem.

3. Oats
Oats rich in fiber contain many other nutrients such as zinc, iron and omega-6 fatty acids, which fulfill the deficiency of all types of nutrients in the hair.
4. Avocado
Vitamin-E present in avocado makes hair strong and helps in hair growth.
