Gorakhpur News: Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath is coming to Gorakhpur for the first time after the completion of one year of ‘Yogi Sarkar 2.0’ to give auspicious gifts. On Tuesday, March 28, the first day of the three-day tour, he will give an auspicious gift of Rs 38 billion 38 crore to the people of Gorakhpur. Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath will inaugurate the foundation stone of development works worth Rs 3,838 crore in a program organized at Khorabar in Gorakhpur. On Wednesday, a gift of more than Rs 11 crore will be dedicated to the public in a program organized by the Municipal Corporation.
Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath will reach Gorakhpur’s Khorabar on March 28 around 3 pm. Here he will lay the foundation stone and inaugurate development projects worth Rs 38 billion 38 crore on the seventh day of Navratri.
During this, CM Yogi will also launch GDA’s Khorabar Township and Medicity here. On Wednesday itself, 119 garbage collection vans of the Municipal Corporation will be flagged off. For this, the Municipal Corporation has bought vehicles worth Rs 11 crore. On Wednesday, CM Yogi will inaugurate Babu RN Singh Dialysis Center in Gola town of Gorakhpur.

Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath has gifted development works worth more than Rs 12,000 crore to the people of Gorakhpur in the first year of his second term. CM Yogi will launch the city’s new township plan and Medicity on the auspicious occasion of Vasantik Navratri on Tuesday. Khorabar township is to be developed in 182 acres.
In this, Medicity will also be built on 75 acres. GDA has prepared a project of Medicity to provide high level multidisciplinary medical services in Khorabar Township and a specific periphery to meet the new housing needs in the city. The Chief Minister will launch both these projects on Tuesday evening.
In this program, Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath will also lay the foundation stone and inaugurate 147 development projects worth Rs 38 billion 38 crore of GDA, Infrastructure and Accelerated Economic Development Fund. In the 109.25-acre Khorabar township, both the land plot and the multi-storey building will be available as an option to the people. The number of plot is 692. While a total of 2080 flats of MIG, LIG, Super LIG and EWS will be built in multi-storey buildings.
Along with these flats, a total of 1584 flats of MIG, HIG and Super HIG in Taramandal and Raptinagar Extension Rohini Yojana will be built with Mivan technology. All these will get the green signal in the presence of the CM. In the same order, provision of a total of 74 plots has been made for big, medium and small hospitals/nursing homes, Ayush medicine and residential clinics in the Medicity to be launched by the Chief Minister.
After this, along with worshiping Maa Bhagwati at Bharat Sevashram on Tuesday evening, he will lay the foundation stone of Amar Senani Sachindranath Sanyal memorial. Sanyal has a deep connection with Gorakhpur. He died at his residence in Gorakhpur. Bharat Sevashram is established on the land donated by his family. The statue of Maa Bhagwati is installed in the Bharat Sevashram located behind Cantt Police Station (Daudpur) in Mahanagar on Vasantik Navratri.

Like last year, the Chief Minister will reach here on Tuesday evening to worship the idol. During this, the foundation stone of Sachindranath Sanyal Memorial, the hero of the freedom struggle, will also be laid by his hands. Chief Minister to save Sachindranath Sanyal’s memories associated with Gorakhpur Yogi Adityanath On the initiative of the Tourism Department, an action plan has been prepared to build a memorial at his residence. To develop Sanyal’s house as a tourist center, a proposal of Rs 306 crore 47 lakh has been approved and Rs 1 crore 53 lakh has also been released. The construction will be done by the executive body Uttar Pradesh Projects Corporation Limited. A statue of Sanyal will also be installed in the memorial. The memorial will have all the necessary arrangements for the convenience of the tourists.
On Wednesday evening, he will flag off 119 garbage collection vehicles of the Municipal Corporation on the Jail Bypass Road. These vehicles have been purchased at a cost of Rs 11 crore. Along with this, the zonal office of the Municipal Corporation in Raptinagar built at a cost of Rs 45 lakh will also be inaugurated from this place. CM Yogi will also observe the works of Goddhoiya Nala Renovation Project costing Rs 475 crore.
CM Yogi will also participate in the programs of rituals at Gorakhnath temple on different dates of Navratri. On Navami Tithi, March 30 (Thursday), he will carry forward the tradition of Gorakshpeeth by performing Kanya Pujan at Gorakhnath temple. In Kanya Poojan, after washing the feet of the girls, Goddess Swaroopa will feed them and give gifts and dakshina. Along with Havan on Navami Tithi, the program of Shri Ram Janmotsav (Shri Ram Navami) will also be completed.
