blood stains in bedroom
Amboli police station officer Rauf Sheikh told ABP News that when he came to know about this death, he went to the spot and then understood that it could not be a suicide but a murder. The police found that there were blood stains in his bedroom and some clothes were also stained with blood. When the wife of the deceased, Jayashila, was questioned, she told the police in the statement that her husband had attempted suicide twice.
The first attempt was made in the year 2005, when he was in Mumbai. At that time he wanted to commit suicide by jumping but someone saw and saved him. After this, the second attempt was made in the year 2011 when he lived in Hyderabad. At that time he tried to commit suicide by cutting his own hand. The police have arrested Jayashila and her son Arvind in this case because both of them told different stories when their statements were being taken.
Killed by alarm!
Police officer Sheikh said that during interrogation it was found that there were frequent fights in the family and Santosh lived in a separate room. His wife and son lived separately. One said in the statement that Santosh did not even give him money. He hardly used to give 10 thousand rupees a month. Due to all such quarrels, nothing was going well between them. He knew that he is a patient of sugar and he falls into a deep sleep after taking the medicine, after which the mother and son raised the alarm at 4 in the morning and started hitting him. First his head was banged on the wood of the bed several times and then the vein of his hand was cut so that it could show the form of suicide. Despite this, when he did not die, they threw him down from the 7th floor.
Threatened to die!
The son told in his statement that his father used to threaten repeatedly that he would commit suicide and implicate these people for his suicide. Not only this, the family members of the deceased alleged that his wife did not allow him to meet anyone. A brother of the deceased has been a scientist in BARC.
Another thing has come before the police that the deceased did not like his wife. He didn’t want to marry her, and seeing the way he lived alone, he suspected that he might be having an affair with someone else. Police will present both these accused in the court today.
