Mobikwik’s IPO is making a splash in the gray market premium. According to a Business Standard report, on Monday, December 16, its shares were trading at a premium of Rs 165 in the gray market, which is 59.14 percent more than the issue price. Let us tell you, MobiKwik wants to raise Rs 572 crore through this IPO. The company will issue 2,05,01,792 new shares. Offer for Sale (OFS) is not included in this IPO. That means it is a mainboard IPO and it will be listed on BSE and NSE.
