Where the Khalistanis had brought down the flag, Indians hoisted the tricolor, raised slogans of Vande Mataram

Indian Consulate on USA: Last week on Sunday (March 19), several Khalistan supporters attacked the Indian Consulate in San Francisco, USA. He did this attack in view of the action being taken against Khalistan supporter Amripal in India.

Khalistani protesters raised slogans in support of Khalistan, broke the police barricades and put Khalistani flags inside the embassy. Unhappy with his action, Indians gathered in front of the embassy on Friday and raised slogans in support of the country. He called the Khalistani supporters protesting there as brothers and requested them to join him.

Indians standing in front of the embassy played drums and were seen dancing to Bhangra with slogans of Vande Mataram in support of India.

However, the embassy staff soon removed those flags. After this, a group of protesters entered the consulate premises and broke its doors and windows. A large number of Indian Americans reached San Francisco to protest against the incident and waved the tricolor on Friday to show solidarity with India. He also condemned the destructive activities of the Sikhs.

During this rally, the local police was also present in front of the Indian High Commission, so that any untoward incident could be prevented. During this time some separatist Sikhs were also present there who raised slogans in support of Khalistan but the number of Indian Americans supporting India was much more than them. Indian Americans raised slogans of Vande Mataram there and hoisted the national flag of India along with America.
