On reaching there, the police found that an unknown person was lying dead, whose throat was attacked with a sharp weapon, due to which he died. A person named Poshan Sahu told that the deceased is his brother’s son. After the identification of the deceased, the police got involved in the investigation of the case. Poshan Sahu told the police that on April 3, the deceased Kamlesh Sahu had left home on a motorcycle to attend a wedding with his friend at around 10 a.m., but did not return home thereafter, following which the relatives lodged a missing complaint. routed.

To find the murderer, the police analyzed the CCTV footage installed in the surrounding village, analyzed technical evidence and bank accounts of the deceased. Apart from this, on the basis of the information of the informer, the police also interrogated some suspicious people. Devendra confessed his crime
On being strictly interrogated by the police, the accused Devendra Sinha, while confessing to the murder, told the police that he had already been identified with the deceased Komesh Sahu and For the last 8 months, he used to chat with her on WhatsApp by posing as Mansi. He told that on April 3, he had called Komesh Sahu to Medha village after taking money by WhatsApp chatting. The deceased Komesh Sahu Medha came at around 11 in the morning and both of us sat on the Medha bridge till 7 in the evening. Komesh was waiting for Mansi at that time. Meanwhile, after going through Devendra’s mobile, Komesh came to know that he used to talk to him posing as Mansi. Knowing this, Komesh was enraged and told to lodge a complaint with the police.
Devendra said that he was scared of this and made a plan to kill Komesh Sahu at the same time. Devendra told him that he was first bringing the money from home for him. Saying this, Devendra left from there and brought a knife from home. When it was dark around 7 pm, he attacked Komesh with a knife, as a result of which Komesh fell on the spot and died.
The loan was repaid with Komesh’s money
After that, the accused took out one lakh rupees kept in the mobile and bag of the deceased Komesh Sahu and burnt the bag in the field at Tolagaon road and with the knife, Komesh Sahu was killed. Had killed him and hid him in the bush in the same field. Out of Rs 1 lakh, he repaid Rs 14,500 to DJ Wale and another Rs 10,000 loan. After that, after deleting the chatting of the deceased’s mobile, he gave that mobile to a person named Bhupendra Sinha, who was a resident of Medha village and kept the rest of the money hidden in his house.
The court sent the accused to jail
Rajnandgaon Additional SP Lakhanlal Patle told that the police have arrested the accused Devendra Sinha in the murder case. The knife used in the murder has been recovered by the police at the instance of the accused. Along with this, the money that the accused had meant for the deceased has also been recovered. The police registered a case of murder against the accused and produced him in the court from where the court sent the accused to jail on judicial remand.
