Atul Subhash Case: In the case of suicide of Atul Subhash, an AI engineer in Bengaluru, Bengaluru Police has arrested his wife Nikita Singhania on Sunday morning (December 15, 2024). The accused in the Atul Subhash suicide case were playing a game of hide and seek, but Bengaluru Police arrested Atul Subhash’s wife Nikita Singhania from Gurugram and his mother Nisha Singhania and brother Anurag from Prayagraj. In this case, a three-person team of sub-inspectors and case officers from Marthali police station in Bengaluru were doing the paperwork at Nikita Singhania’s house in Jaunpur. The police team was collecting documents of the case going on in Jaunpur court, while another team was searching for Nikita Singhania and one team was searching for her mother and her brother.

The number was taken from a multinational company

Now the question is how did the police find Nikita? The police first took out Nikita’s number. The police took out Nikita’s number from the multinational company where she worked and also put the numbers of her family members on surveillance. The police was continuously tracing the numbers of Nikita and his family members. After this, Bengaluru Police also reached Blossom Stage PG in Gurugram and took Nikita into custody from here. After this the police team also arrested Nikita’s mother and her brother.

Sent to judicial custody for 14 days

Now the police has started a thorough investigation into this entire matter to find out how Nikita and her family had a role in this entire suicide case. The three accused were brought to Bengaluru and presented in the court, where they were sent to judicial custody.

Mother and brother had also absconded

Both Nikita’s mother and brother had fled from their home in Jaunpur. Bengaluru Police had pasted a notice at the house of the accused and directed them to record their statement within three days. To avoid arrest, both of them had also filed interim bail petition in Allahabad High Court. Amidst all this, the pain of Atul Subhash’s father regarding his grandson also came to the fore. Father Pawan Modi has said that he wants his grandson. Unless action is taken against all the accused. Will not even immerse the ashes.
