Couple Fight Over Naming Baby: Nowadays one gets to hear new names of children. Well, naming children has also become a big task. Parents struggle a lot to name their children, but the difficulty arises when the couple does not agree with each other regarding the names. A similar case came to light from Karnataka, where the couple demanded divorce after not agreeing on the name of the child.

The dispute between husband and wife in Karnataka started when a 26-year-old man did not attend the naming ceremony of his own son. Her child was born in the year 2021. His 21-year-old wife had organized the naming ceremony of the child. The wife had suggested naming the child ‘Adi’, to which the husband did not agree. He had suggested naming the child Shani.

The judge named the child

After months of arguments between the couple, the woman approached the court. The woman has demanded separation and maintenance. The woman also rejected the suggestions given by the judges. However, last week itself, the Mysore Sessions Court judge called the child to his parents and took an amicable decision to name the three-year-old child Aryavardhan and after three years the mother

The matter came to light in Kerala also

This is not the first case of controversy regarding the name of the child. Last year, the Kerala High Court had named a three-year-old girl because her parents were separated and there was no consensus between them as to what name the girl should be given. In the order, the court said that due importance should be given to the name suggested by the mother with whom the child is living, while in the absence of any dispute over the father, the name of the father should also be included.
