Acting on which the police have registered a case against the girls of Kolkata. As soon as the video of the girls went viral, several netizens including a Calcutta High Court lawyer demanded action against the girls. On Sunday, an FIR was registered against two girls in the Barrackpore cyber cell for making fun of the national anthem.

A senior police officer of the Barrackpore Commissionerate said that the police have recorded the statements of both the girls. Apart from this, the official said that the investigating agency is in touch with Facebook to demand the data. According to police sources, after the video went viral, the girls deleted the video from Facebook after there was a ruckus on social media. Apart from this, according to the information, both the girls are minors.
