HDFC Bank has said that on November 5, the bank’s UPI services will remain closed for 2 hours. This time is from 12 midnight to 2 am. This means that you have to be prepared because these services will not be available to HDFC Bank customers from 12 noon to 2 am tonight.

Second day of suspension of UPI services

Apart from November 5, HDFC Bank’s UPI services will remain closed for 3 hours on November 23, 2024. This time is from 12 midnight to 3 am. There are 18 days left for this second scheduled downtime, so complete your important tasks in advance.

What special things did HDFC Bank ask to keep in mind?

• Neither financial nor non-financial UPI transactions will be possible during this downtime.
• This limit will be applicable on both savings and current accounts of HDFC Bank.
• This situation will be applicable on HDFC Bank’s RuPay cards also and you will not be able to use UPI services through them also.
• Shopkeepers who take payments through HDFC Bank’s UPI services will also not be able to take payments.

UPI accounts linked to HDFC Bank will not work on 5th November and 23rd November. If your Paytm, PhonePe, Google Pay, MobiKwik or any other UPI account is linked to HDFC Bank, then you will have to wait to transfer or receive money. Instead, you can transfer or ask for money through NEFT or IMPS.
