There is a huge competition among telecom companies these days. To keep customers happy, companies are coming up with new plans. Now Reliance Jio has launched a plan of Rs 601, in which users will get 5G speed. Similarly, Airtel is also offering 5G service for Rs 649. Let us compare these plans of both the companies and understand which one will be better for the customers.
What is in Jio’s plan?
To avail 5G service on Jio’s plan, a plan with at least 1.5 GB 4G data per day must be active in the customer’s phone. After this, on recharge of Rs 601, you will get 12 upgrade vouchers. Every month one of these can be redeemed through My Jio app. Once activated, users will get unlimited 5G data and their 1.5 GB 4G data will increase to 3 GB per day.
Remember that the validity of the gift voucher of Rs 601 will be equal to the already active plan. If the validity of the active plan is 28 days, then the validity of the voucher will also be 28 days. You can also gift gift vouchers to your friends or relatives from My Jio app.
What will you get in Airtel’s Rs 649 plan?
Airtel is giving 2GB data every day for 56 days for Rs 649. If a user is in 5G network then he can avail the benefit of unlimited 5G data. This will be different from the data received daily. In this plan, the company is also providing the facility of unlimited voice calling and free SMS. Users taking this plan will also be able to watch free content on Airtel Extreme app and will also get the benefit of free HelloTunes for one month.
