Rajasthan Politics: Union Jal Shakti Minister Gajendra Singh Shekhawat has attacked the law and order situation in Rajasthan. He said that Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot had given a strong message to the criminals and those involved in criminal activities. The Chief Minister had warned that if he did not surrender before the police, he would be destroyed. Police will never bow down to anyone. The police in the state is taking prompt action against the criminals. Gajendra Singh Shekhawat raised questions on the existence of Home Department in the state on one incident after another.
Union minister raised questions on law and order
He raised the issue of Ram Prasad suicide in Jaipur. The Union Minister said that the suicide letter of Ram Prasad, who embraced death after being harassed by the land dispute, is an open evidence in front of the public. He said that how does Chief Minister Gehlot, who weaves a web of conspiracy, keep silence in serious matters? Shekhawat demanded that Ram Prasad’s family should get justice. He asked the Chief Minister what steps he would take to get justice.

After beating the businessman in Udaipur, Shekhawat also took a dig at the Gehlot government on the loot. He alleged that the businessman was beaten up for two days. Criminals are fearless, they can make victims whomever they want, the police is not going to stop them. He said that after two years the matter came to light because of the courage shown by the businessman. On the incident of theft in the famous Jasnathji Maharaj temple of Bikaner, the Union Minister said that it is painful for the society.
The criminals are emboldened by the weakness of law and order. Criminals are harming the social system by targeting religious places. Many incidents have happened before this also. There is no existence of Home Department in the state.
