In such a situation, voting for a youth who has two children attached to one body is no less than an inspiration. Manwal’s PRO in Punjab, Gaurav Kumar said, ‘This is a very unique case. The Election Commission has asked us to do videography. He is the symbol of PWD voters. They are related to the body but their two opinions will be considered. We have made special arrangements for them to maintain the secrecy of voting. ,
