Twitter started verified organization service, now the company’s logo will appear in front of the name

Twitter Verified Organization : Micro blogging platform Twitter tweeted today (31 March 2023) that now Twitter is going to start verification service for the organization. Verified Organization service has been released globally. The platform has informed by tweeting from its verified Twitter account that from today the Verified Organization Service is available globally. Now Twitter is starting to send email requests to approved organizations.

Along with starting the Verified Organization service, Twitter has also listed its benefits. It is obvious that the benefits have been mentioned to attract the organizations to take the service. According to Twitter, Verified Organizations is a new way for organizations and their affiliates to differentiate themselves and give a distinct identity on the micro-blogging platform.

Company logo will be found next to the name with checkmark

Twitter further added that organizations opting for the service will get their organization’s logo along with a checkmark next to their organization’s name. This logo will also be shown in the Twitter profile of the organization. Twitter has also shared a photo to show the difference, which we are showing you here.

You will be able to see in the picture that in the left photo there is no company logo in front of the name, but in the right photo there is a check mark in front of the company name and then the company logo. However, the company has also said that all organizations will be screened before joining the Verified Organization. Last week, Twitter CEO Elon Musk said that micro-blogging platform Twitter will remove blue verification check marks for both users and organizations from April 1. If someone wants a checkmark, then they will have to buy Twitter’s service.

Twitter’s help page gives other information about Verified Organization and also tells about its cost. The cost of Verified Organization in the US is $1000 per month. On the other hand, if service is taken for other linked accounts as well, then the cost for that is $50 per month. The price in India is Rs 82,300 per month. And the cost for sister account is Rs 4,120 per month.
