Trouble increased for Rajendra Gudha, case registered against 12 people including former minister in this case

Rajasthan News: The troubles of former Rajasthan minister Rajendra Singh Gudha have increased. A case of murder has been registered against 12 people including Rajendra Singh Gudha. This complaint has been lodged in the matter of death threats, vandalism and demanding bond every month.

A case has been registered in the Kotwali police station of Jhunjhunu district for threatening to kill the mine lease holder, his son and his employees and vandalism in Kanha Pahad near Samas pond in Jhunjhunu city. This incident took place on December 6, after which the political atmosphere has become heated.

In this case, Kotwal Pawan Kumar Chaubey said that Shyam Singh Katewa on Saturday arrested former MLA of Udaipurwati Rajendra Singh Gudha, Ibrahim, Imtiaz Tagala, Khadim Tagala, Aslam Mirza, Akram Chejara, Yunus Master, Dr. Javed, Azam Rathore, Amen Master. Case registered against Sonu Buhana, Iqbal Jajodia and 500-1000 others Got it done.

In the report, there are allegations of demanding bandhi every month, closing the mine if it is not given, breaking walls and barbed wire fencing, looting money, spreading diesel drums and setting them on fire, pelting stones and pouring mud into machines.

What is the whole matter?
Actually, the Mines Department had issued three leases in the mountains to M/s Jawan Rockmovers, but due to the cancellation of the Pollution Control Board’s permission in 2009, mining work was stopped in all the three mining leases. Recently, M/s Jawan Rockmovers had taken approval for one of the three mining leases. After this, mining work started from 23rd August.

About 10 days ago, on November 25, heavy blasting was done for mining, after which it had to be stopped due to strong opposition from the minister and his colleagues. During this time, administrative officials reached the spot and after talking to the people, the mining work was temporarily stopped till further orders. Now mining lease holder Shyam Singh Katewa has filed a complaint against the former minister in Jhunjhunu police station on various charges including demanding bond every month.
