She was the main accused in the late actress Tunisha Sharma Suicide Case, against whom the actress’s mother had lodged an FIR and only then Sheejan was arrested. Now Sheejan has once again approached the court to get rid of the case.
Will the FIR against Sheezan Khan be quashed?
Sheejan Khan has filed an application in the court to quash the FIR against him, which will be heard on April 11, 2023. According to the report of ETimes, Sheejan’s lawyer Shailendra Mishra has said, “The hearing of the case will be held on Tuesday. I am confident about my preparation. If there is a hearing and debate on this matter, then the FIR against my client Sheejan will be quashed. I am saying again that truth will prevail.
Sheejan Khan was accused
Sheejan and Tunisha were in a relationship along with being the lead stars of ‘Ali Baba’. After Tunisha’s suicide on 24 December 2022, her mother lodged an FIR against Sheejan and accused him of abetting her daughter to commit suicide. Tunisha’s mother had said that Sheejan was cheating on her daughter and when the actress came to know about him, they broke up. Tunisha was very upset because of the breakup and betrayal. However, it was said from Sheejan’s side that Tunisha was already in depression and her mother did not pay attention to her. Well, now it has to be seen whether the allegations against Sheejan prove to be baseless or not.
