As soon as Sundar did this, Ajaz Patel swung the bat and hit a four towards long-on. Pant also realized that he had made a mistake. For this reason, he was seen saying in his defense, “How do I know that he (Ejaz Patel) knows Hindi.”

The good thing was that after just 2 balls, Washington Sundar clean bowled Ajaz Patel on the score of 4 runs. Washington Sundar was the star of the first innings of the Pune Test, who dismissed a total of 7 New Zealand batsmen. These figures are also special because till now Washington had been able to take a total of 6 wickets in his Test career, but against New Zealand he has taken seven wickets in a single innings.

The first match of this series was played in Bengaluru, in which New Zealand stunned Team India by winning by 8 wickets. In the first innings of the second test match, the Indian team is still trailing by 243 runs and meanwhile Rohit Sharma was out on the score of zero.
