According to Skymet Weather report, due to the combination of weather systems, this type of weather pattern is yet to be seen. Due to this, there is going to be heavy rain in the coming days in many parts of the country.
Indian Meteorological Department has said that storm with lightning may occur in Himachal Pradesh, Uttarakhand, Punjab, Haryana-Chandigarh, Western Uttar Pradesh, Western Madhya Pradesh. During this period, hailstorm with high speed wind may occur in some parts of these states.
According to the Meteorological Department, winds will blow at a speed of 30-40 km per hour along with lightning in Eastern Uttar Pradesh, Eastern Madhya Pradesh, Vidarbha, Assam and Meghalaya. There is a possibility of lightning in Chhattisgarh, Himalayan region of West Bengal and Sikkim.
There may be snowfall in some parts of Jammu and Kashmir, Ladakh and Himachal Pradesh, while heavy rain has been predicted at many places. There is a possibility of heavy rain or snowfall in the hilly areas of Uttarakhand also.
According to Skymet Weather, there is a possibility of light to moderate rain and snowfall in the Western Himalayas, parts of Sikkim and Arunachal Pradesh in the next 24 hours. Light to moderate rain may occur in parts of Vidarbha and Madhya Pradesh.
There is a possibility of light to moderate rain and thundershowers over Interior Karnataka, Kerala, parts of Telangana, Chhattisgarh, Marathwada, Tamil Nadu and Uttar Pradesh. Light rain has been expected at some places in Jharkhand, Odisha, Lakshadweep and Gujarat.
Dust storm is going to occur in some parts of Punjab, Haryana, Delhi and Rajasthan. There may be light to moderate rain along with sporadic hailstorm in some areas. The weather is going to be hot and humid in southern states like Coastal Andhra Pradesh, Rayalaseema, Tamil Nadu, Puducherry, Kerala.
