T Raja Remarks: Bharatiya Janata Party MLA from Telangana T. Raja Singh gave a controversial statement on Sunday (8 December 2024). He appealed to Christians to join the fight with Hindus against ‘Love Jihad’, as this issue is affecting not only the Hindu but also the Christian community.
He gave this statement while addressing a rally of Bajrang Dal in Churchorem, South Goa. T Raja Singh said that if the number of ‘jihadis’ and their political power continue to increase, there will be no Hindu Prime Minister in India in the coming 20-30 years.
Raja Singh’s controversial statement
T Raja Singh claimed that ‘Love Jihad’ not only targets Hindu women, but it also tries to trap Christian women. He urged the Christian community of Goa to watch the film “Kerala Files”, which shows how Muslim men attract women from other religions in the name of marriage and force them to change their religion. T Raja Singh said, “Hindu society has opened its doors for Christian brothers, so that we can together fight against this ‘love jihad’.”
Communal rhetoric and controversy
This statement of Raja Singh matches his previous controversial statements, in which he has often emphasized on communal issues. T Raja Singh has faced lawsuits many times in the past due to his controversial speeches and statements. This time too he has faced criticism for his statement but he says that this fight is not just for one community but for the entire country.
