UP News: Preparations are going on to organize Mahakumbh in Uttar Pradesh. A big news has come out before this event. The fair area has been declared a new district for organizing Maha Kumbh. The new district was named Mahakumbh Mela. Notification of a new district by the name of Mahakumbh Mela has been issued. After this decision, one district has now increased in Uttar Pradesh.
Now till Mahakumbh, there will be not 75 but 76 districts in UP. There is a tradition of issuing notification of new district on the occasion of Kumbh and Ardh Kumbh. On the instructions of the government, Prayagraj DM Ravindra Kumar Mandar has issued the notification of the new district late on Sunday evening. Maha Kumbh Mela district includes the entire parade area and 67 villages of four tehsils Sadar, Soraon, Phulpur and Karchana.
He got the responsibility
The Collector of Maha Kumbh Mela District will be Fair Officer Vijay Kiran Anand. Will use all the powers of the Collector in all categories of cases. In the notification, the Collector has also been given powers to perform all the functions. According to the notification, 25 villages of Tehsil Sadar, three villages of Tehsil Soraon, 20 villages of Tehsil Phulpur and 19 villages of Karchana Tehsil have been included.
It is noteworthy that the Mahakumbh Mela district will continue to exist for a few days after the organization of Mahakumbh. Mahakumbh 2025 is being organized between 13 January and 26 February. There will be a total of six royal baths during this Mahakumbh. Preparations for this fair are going on in full swing. CM Yogi Adityanath himself is inspecting its preparations.
Let us tell you that PM Narendra Modi will go to Prayagraj on 13 January. PM Modi will formally start the Mahakumbh by worshiping Ganga. Preparations are also being made in view of the Prime Minister’s visit. The first royal bath of Mahakumbh will take place on 14th January, on the day of Makar Sankranti.
