He said that there is a demand from our government that the date of the Parliament session should be fixed in view of Christmas. On the question of change in the dates of the current session, he said that just as there is a festival of Hindus and Muslims, similarly Christmas should also be taken care of. Let us tell you that the winter session will start from December 7 and it will end on December 29. There will be 17 sittings in this session.

He had said that the CAA has already got the nod from the government and critics should stop dreaming that the law will be withdrawn or not implemented. Addressing the Times Now Summit in New Delhi, Shah reminded that the NRC and CAA have not been put on the backburner.
