The accused arrested for protesting outside actor Allu Arjun’s house have been granted bail. The court granted bail to all the accused on Monday (23 December 2024). Police had detained 6 people from outside Allu Arjun’s house.
Police had registered a case against them under sections 331(5), 190, 191(2), 324(2), 292, 126(2), 131 of BNS. On Monday, all of them were presented before the magistrate. There the court rejected the police remand and released everyone on bail on a bond of Rs 10,000.
There was a huge ruckus at Allu Arjun’s house.
According to the report, students of Osmania University had come to protest outside actor Allu Arjun’s house in Jubilee Hills in Hyderabad on Sunday (22 December 2024). During this, they raised slogans against Allu Arjun and demanded punishment as well as more compensation to the victim’s family.
Were demanding compensation of Rs 1 crore
According to the report, when security personnel tried to stop the protesters, they threw tomatoes inside the actor’s house and broke the pots outside. There is also information about assault with some security personnel. It is being told that the students were demanding a compensation of Rs 1 crore to the family of the woman who was killed in the stampede that broke out at Sandhya Theater during the premiere of Pushpa-2.

On December 4, 2024, Allu Arjun reached Sandhya Theater with his team for the screening of the film Pushpa-2. During this time the crowd also gathered to see Arjun. Arjun was watching a movie inside when a stampede broke out outside and a woman died and her 8-year-old son was seriously injured. Since then many people are protesting against Allu Arjun and demanding action. Allu Arjun is currently out on bail.
