Jawans equipped with body-worn cameras will keep an eye on everything. Women policemen in plain clothes will also be deployed to ensure peaceful completion of the festival. Law and Order Prashant Kumar said that 7,570 under-training sub-inspectors have been deployed to deal with anti-social elements. In all districts, QRT teams with riot control equipment, sticks, helmets, body protectors, cane shields, tear gas guns, anti-riot guns, water cannons and Vajra vehicles are being made to conduct flag marches at marked places.
