Speeding canter wreaks havoc on Delhi Yamuna Expressway, 8 injured, car blown to pieces

Road Accident Yamuna Expressway: A horrific accident took place on Sunday morning on the road from Agra to Noida near Yamuna Expressway Mile Stone in Delhi NCR. A canter coming at high speed and two cars collided head-on. The cars were blown to pieces due to this collision. Eight people including six women in the car were injured.

On receiving information about this incident, the police team of Dankaur police station reached the spot and admitted the injured to the hospital for treatment. The condition of five of the injured is critical.

According to the information received from the police, they were traveling to Vrindavan in a group in two cars and were going from Vrindavan to Delhi.

According to the police station, Ashok Leyland Canter hit Innova Hi Cross and Toyota Camry from behind on the way from Agra to Noida near the 8 kilometer mile stone on Yamuna Expressway passing through Dankaur area.

Condition of 5 injured is critical

Deepak, Hansa Patel, Kashmira Patel, Januka Khadka, Sanjay Malik, Vishakha Tripathi, Shyama Tripathi and Krishna Tripathi, who were traveling in the car, were injured in this accident. The injured have been admitted to the hospital for treatment. The condition of five of them is critical. Police have removed the accident vehicles. Since then the traffic on the expressway is normal.

Death of 47 year old woman

Let us tell you that a horrific road accident took place on 20 November 2024 on the Ring Road of Delhi. Har Devi, a 47-year-old woman riding the scooter, died in that accident. The incident took place near Naoroji Nagar bus stand at around 4 pm.

At the time of the incident, the woman was going to Nangloi on a scooty with her husband Shyam Charan. Then a truck hit him from behind. As soon as the woman fell on the road, another truck hit her so hard that the woman came under the wheels of the truck and died on the spot.
