Frustrated, the 30-year-old victim woman told the whole story to her husband and on Tuesday night the woman filed a case at the Civil Lines police station in Moradabad. The husband of the victim woman is a big businessman.

Accused SP leader Asif Ali alias Shibli Chaudhary has been the former state secretary of Yuvjan Sabha. At present, the police have registered a case against 4 people including the accused and his brother and started investigation. Moradabad SSP Hemraj Meena said that an FIR has been registered on the complaint of the woman. She was being mentally tortured from 2019 till now.

It has been told in the complaint that accused Asif Ali has cheated the woman of Rs 3 crore. The case is being investigated. His father has been MLA twice. Whereas grandfather has been an important officer. The victim has no brother. She has 3 sisters. The victim was married to a businessman 11 years ago. The victim’s father died a year ago. Since he does not have a son, only his daughters have ownership rights on his property. The victim is also involved in this. According to the victim, her marriage took place in Kanpur. Her father had no son, so when he fell ill, his daughter would come to him to take care of him.

Threatened the victim by pointing a revolver

Asif Ali alias Shibli Choudhary used to visit the father of the victim girl. During this period, the victim had met Shibli Chaudhary several times at her home. According to the victim, she had come to her maternal home in 2019 when her father fell ill and on April 4, 2019, Asif gave her some intoxicant by mixing it in a cold drink, due to which she became unconscious and in the unconscious state, accused Shibli Choudhary had sex with the victim. Raped and during this he clicked photographs of the victim. When he regained consciousness, he realized that something wrong had happened to him.

When the victim asked Asif about this, he started showing objectionable photos on his mobile and said that if you tell anyone about this, I will not leave you anywhere to show your face. I will make your photos viral. He pointed the revolver and threatened the victim that he would kill her.

Blackmailed by showing objectionable photos

According to the victim, she was scared after seeing the objectionable photos and felt that if her in-laws saw the photos, her house would be ruined. Asif kept taking advantage of this compulsion. He continued raping the victim by threatening to make the photo viral and by threatening the victim, he also got her to sign many papers. Not only this, in an intoxicated state, he also took the victim to Kachari, where with the help of his lawyer brother, he got many papers signed. Many times he took the victim to his home and raped her there too. During this time, the wife of the accused used to sit outside the door.

Did the victim be physically and financially exploited?

According to the victim, after physically exploiting Asif, he also exploited her financially. His eyes were on his father’s property worth crores. He took Rs 3 crore from me by threatening to make the photo viral and he also bought a flat in Supertech Colony, the full payment for which was made by the victim. The victim alleges that after her father’s death, she begged Asif with folded hands to forgive her and delete her photos, but he did not agree. He charged me Rs 3 crore more for deleting the photos, but did not delete the photos. He started pressurizing me to transfer the petrol pump I got from my father to him and now he is threatening to throw acid on me.

Threatened to throw acid on the victim’s face

According to the victim, on May 6 at 1 pm, she had gone to ICICI Bank with her sister and driver. Asif came there with his son Fahat and as soon as she came out of the bank, Asif threatened to throw acid on her face. He said that today I will spoil your face by pouring acid on it. During this time his son Fahat had pointed a revolver at my driver. The crowd gathered when I screamed. Seeing the crowd, Asif ran away from there threatening acid. I told the whole thing to my husband and on his request I have filed a case. Moradabad Police says that a case has been registered on the complaint of the woman and further legal action will be taken after investigating the matter.
