In Lucknow, the capital of Uttar Pradesh, all schools up to class 12 have been closed till January 7. Apart from this, schools from nursery to class 12 in Hathras have been closed till January 10. Winter vacation has been announced in Mainpuri district from 31st December to 14th January. Schools up to class 8 in Kaushambi have been closed till January 7, schools up to class 12 in Chandauli till January 5, schools for children up to class 12 in Varanasi till January 05, schools up to class 8 in Prayagraj till January 5. . Apart from these districts, schools in other districts are also closed. If the cold increases then an increase in the holiday dates can be seen.

All the schools in Delhi have been closed till January 12, 2023. There are holidays in Punjab from 03 to 13 January 2023. There will be a holiday till 06 January 2023 in central and southern Punjab. On the other hand, if we talk about Rajasthan, the schools will remain closed till January 05.
