The President said this
President Draupadi Murmu Said on social media that met several victims of Maoist violence from Bastar region of Chhattisgarh at Rashtrapati Bhavan. He believes that no purpose can justify following the path of violence, which always proves very costly for the society. Left wing extremists should renounce violence, join the mainstream, and all efforts will be made to solve the problems they want to highlight. This is the path of democracy and this is the path shown to us by Mahatma Gandhi. In this world plagued by violence, we should try to follow the path of peace.
