Seema Haider News: Seema Haider has been summoned to appear in a family court in Noida, Uttar Pradesh. Seema Haider, who came to India from Pakistan via Nepal, is currently living with her four children in Rabupura town of Greater Noida. Before coming to India, Seema was married to Ghulam Haider. It was on Ghulam’s petition that the Family Court sent summons to Seema. Ghulam Haider is living in Karachi city of Pakistan. Earlier he was working in Saudi Arabia.
Pakistani citizen Seema Haider and Indian Sachin Meena met on the online gaming app PUBG. The love between the two grew so much that Seema came illegally from Pakistan to Dubai and then from there to India via Nepal. Seema and Sachin say that both of them got married in Kathmandu itself. However, now Ghulam says that he does not want to leave his children with Seema, for which he has approached the court.
Ghulam challenges Seema-Sachin’s marriage
According to NDTV report, Ghulam Haider has filed a petition in the Family Court of Noida through an Indian lawyer, challenging the marriage of Seema and Sachin. In the petition, Ghulam Haider has also challenged the conversion of his children. Seema Haider has been asked to appear before the court on May 27. Ghulam’s lawyer Momin Malik, who lives in Pakistan, has claimed that Seema has not divorced his client. Her marriage with Sachin is not justified.
The thing to note here is that last month, Seema and Sachin also celebrated their first wedding anniversary. He also shared its pictures on social media. He has been saying that they got married when they met for the first time in Nepal.
Ghulam Haider had sought help from Pakistani lawyer
Ghulam Haider first approached Ansar Burney, a top Pakistani lawyer and human rights activist, for help in getting the custody of his four children. Burney had also confirmed that Ghulam had come to him for the custody of the children. He then contacted Indian lawyer Momin Malik and sent him a power of attorney to initiate legal proceedings in Indian courts.
Seema does not want to return to Pakistan
Seema Haider’s first husband was working in Saudi Arabia when she came to India via United Arab Emirates (UAE) and Nepal. In an interview given to BBC, Seema had said that she had converted to Hinduism. He also refused to return to Pakistan. Seema Haider claims that her children have also adopted Hindu religion. Bernie says that according to international laws, there is a ban on religious conversion of underage children.
