ISRO chairman S. Somnath reached Ujjain, the city of Lord Mahakal on Wednesday (May 24) and took the blessings of Lord Mahakal.
Raman Trivedi, the priest of the Mahakaleshwar temple, said that for a long time Somnath Shridhar was planning to seek the blessings of Lord Mahakal. He was also invited to visit the temple. Pandit Trivedi said that Chairman S. Somnath has promised him that he will also launch a satellite named Mahakal.
Lord Mahakal will shine all over the world
There are crores of Shiva devotees in the country and abroad of Lord Mahakal. In such a situation, the launch of a satellite in the name of Lord Mahakal will increase its fame even more. Usually satellites are not named after Gods, but the pundits and priests of the Mahakaleshwar Temple Committee are welcoming this decision of the Indian Space Center. Pandit and Purohit claim that whatever satellite is launched in space in the name of Lord Mahakal, it will successfully complete its work.

Till now passenger buses, trains and establishments have been named after Lord Mahakal. But this is the first time that a satellite will also be launched in space in the name of Lord Mahakal. Lord Mahakal is also called Kaal of Kaal. By proclaiming Lord Mahakal, all the problems go away. This is the reason why establishments in many places of the country including Madhya Pradesh have also been named after Lord Mahakal.
