Samsung Galaxy S25 series will be unveiled in a few days from now. It has been said in some leaks that the company can launch this series on January 22. The series will include Samsung Galaxy S25, Samsung Galaxy S25+ and Samsung Galaxy Ultra phones. Now a leak has revealed that this time Samsung Galaxy S25 will get bigger RAM. This is a big change compared to the existing S24 series.
Samsung Galaxy S25 will have 12GB RAM
The latest leak states that 12GB RAM will be standard in the Galaxy S25 series. No model of this series will have 8GB RAM like the current S24 series. The company is offering 8GB RAM in the current S24. It has 128GB, 256GB and 512GB storage options, while the S24 Plus and Ultra models come with 12GB RAM. It is also being reported that the base variant of S25 will come with 12GB RAM and 256GB storage.
Speculations of getting bigger RAM in S25 Ultra also
There are also speculations that 16GB RAM can be found in S25 Ultra. With increased RAM, AI features can be better integrated in these phones. However, no official information has been given by the company yet in this regard.
Estimated Features and Price
Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset can be found in the upcoming series. All three phones equipped with 5G connectivity will run on Android 15. Compared to the S24 series, the S25 lineup will have a better camera. A 50MP ultra-wide sensor can be seen in the Galaxy S25 Ultra instead of the current 12MP.
Talking about the price, the price of the new Galaxy S25 series phones can be Rs 5,000-7,000 more expensive than the Galaxy S24 series. The price of Galaxy S25 is expected to be around Rs 84,999, Galaxy S25+ is expected to be priced around Rs 1,04,999 and S25 Ultra is expected to be priced around Rs 1,34,999.
