Aryan Khan Case: Former Mumbai NCB Zonal Director Sameer Wankhede got a major relief on Friday (May 19) from the Bombay High Court in the corruption case related to the Aryan Khan cruise drugs case. The High Court, while giving relief from arrest to Wankhede till May 22, asked him to cooperate in the investigation. With this, Wankhede will go to the CBI office on Saturday (May 20) to record his statement in the matter.
Sameer Wankhede said in the High Court that he has full faith in the judiciary and the CBI. I do not have any complaint with CBI but NCB officials are targeting us. In his petition filed in the High Court, Wankhede has mentioned the chat between him and Aryan Khan’s father and actor Shah Rukh Khan. In this, he told that nothing wrong has happened with Aryan. He had given the information about this chat to Dnyaneshwar Singh.

What is the matter?
Sameer Wankhede is accused of allegedly demanding a bribe of Rs 25 crore from Aryan Khan for not making him an accused. Regarding this, CBI has registered an FIR against Wankhede. Wankhede has reached the Bombay High Court with a request to quash the FIR lodged against him. Let us tell you that recently the CBI had raided the bases of Wankhede regarding this. After this, the CBI had called Wankhede for questioning in the case on Thursday (May 18), but he did not appear.
Please inform that Aryan Khan was arrested on October 3, 2021 after a raid on the Cordelia cruise ship going from Mumbai to Goa. However, Aryan was granted bail by the Bombay High Court after three weeks after the NCB failed to produce sufficient evidence to substantiate the allegations against him.
