We will keep the case pending with us- Supreme Court

Let us tell you that in the Sambhal Jama Masjid case, the Supreme Court said that we have seen the order, will not comment on this case. The Masjid Committee should get a chance to use its legal options, it could be the District Court or the High Court. CJI said that we will keep the case pending with us and we want there to be peace there. If the mosque committee appeals against the order of the civil judge, it should be put up for hearing in 3 days. We are keeping the petition pending and will list it in the week starting January 6.

Be careful violence: Section 163 implemented till December 10, ban on rallies or protests, these things have to be kept in mind
