Protest Over Rahul Gandhi’s Disqualification: Opposition parties have been aggressive on the government ever since the disqualification of Rahul Gandhi from Parliament. Congress general secretary Priyanka Gandhi did a one-day satyagraha at Rajghat on Sunday (March 26) after Rahul’s membership was cancelled. On the other hand, today in the Parliament, other opposition parties including the Congress are preparing to surround the government.

In this sequence, the Congress appealed to fellow and like-minded opposition MPs to come to the Parliament wearing black clothes to protest against the government. Come let’s know 10 big things related to this issue

1. Congress General Secretary Priyanka Gandhi Vadra did a one-day Satyagraha at Rajghat on Sunday with Congress workers at Rajghat. During this, he accused the BJP of insulting Rahul Gandhi and members of the Nehru-Gandhi family every day.

2. During her Sankalp Satyagraha, Priyanka Gandhi said, my martyr father was insulted in the Parliament. My brother was called as Mir Jafar. BJP’s CM says who is his father? 3. On the second day of the Parliament session, the Congress has asked all its MPs to come to the House wearing black clothes. Along with this, the Congress has appealed to fellow opposition parties to wear black clothes or tie a black band on their hands.

4. In Sankalp Satyagraha, Congress President Mallikarjun Kharge, Venugopal, Priyanka Gandhi, Ashok Gehlot paid obeisance at the Samadhi of Father of the Nation Mahatma Gandhi and resolved to continue the Satyagraha firmly to protect democracy.

5. During this Satyagraha, Priyanka Gandhi said, before being martyred, her grandmother, Indira Gandhi had said, every drop of my blood will work to strengthen India’s democracy.

He said, my family has irrigated the democracy of this country with its blood. Those who think that they will scare us by humiliating us, conducting raids by agencies, they think wrong. We are not afraid. We will fight more strongly.

6. On the other hand, BJP retorted on Congress’s resolution of Satyagraha and said, legal action has been taken against Rahul Gandhi and law is equal for everyone in this country. The performance of Congress shows that it is against the constitution and law of this country.

7. Apart from Delhi, several state units of Congress participated in Himachal Pradesh, Rajasthan, Chhattisgarh, Telangana, Punjab, Haryana and many other parts of the country on Sunday.

8. On Monday (March 27), the Congress MPs of Lok Sabha and Rajya Sabha will meet in Parliament at 10.30 am in the office of the Congress Parliamentary Party and prepare an action plan regarding today’s strategy and attack the government.

9. According to sources, Congress and other opposition parties are in a mood to attack the government over the cancellation of Rahul Gandhi’s membership, misuse of ED-CBI.

10. Recently, a Gujarat court had sentenced Rahul Gandhi to two years in prison in a criminal defamation case. There is an allegation on Rahul that he had called all the people named Modi as thieves.
