Rs 3,000 per month to women and loan waiver to farmers! 5 big promises of MVA in Maharashtra

MVA Manifesto: Congress President Mallikarjun Kharge, Leader of Opposition in Lok Sabha Rahul Gandhi, Shiv Sena (UBT) President Uddhav Thackeray and NCP (S) chief Sharad Pawar released the manifesto of the opposition faction during the program on Wednesday (06 November). In Maharashtra, Mahavikas Aghadi has made many election promises to woo voters, in which the focus has been on women, farmers and youth.

Addressing the public in Mumbai, Rahul Gandhi said, “This is a battle of ideologies. On one side we have BJP and RSS, while on the other side we have INDIA alliance. On one side we have BR Ambedkar’s Constitution, equality and love and respect, while On the other hand, BJP and RSS are trying to destroy the Constitution.”

Congress’s five guarantees for Maharashtra

1. Health insurance of Rs 25 lakh.
2. Three thousand rupees every month to women.
3. Equality will be guaranteed and caste census will be conducted and it will be increased by removing 50 percent reservation.
4. Loan waiver of farmers up to Rs 3 lakh. Incentive amount of fifty thousand on regular loan repayment.
5. Four thousand unemployment allowance every month to the youth.

Uddhav Thackeray also gave guarantee

Meanwhile, Congress ally Shiv Sena (UBT) announced five guarantees on its own on Tuesday. Uddhav Thackeray said, “Today girls get free education in government schools, but we will give free education to boys also. The state government is giving free higher education to girls. What crime have the boys committed? We will give them the same.” .”

Abu Azmi’s target on BJP

SP leader Abu Azmi said in the BKC meeting, “This government has been formed by intimidation, it is not an elected government. Those who were talking beyond 400 were stopped at 240. There was never any mob lynching in Maharashtra before 2014. People are being beaten up in the name of beef. There was no such thing as love jihad, now love jihad, land jihad, vote jihad, everything is going on. Are these people illiterate or have they not studied?” Giving the slogan, he further said, “We will eat half the bread… we will win Mahavikas. Our only goal is to remove BJP and save the country.”
