In this, doctors, engineers, information technology experts and accountants have left the country.
Most Pakistanis went to Saudi Arabia and UAE
According to the Bureau of Immigration and Overseas Employment, most of these migrants went to Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates (UAE) among Middle Eastern countries. At the same time, Romania remains the favorite destination of Pakistanis in European countries. An Immigration Bureau official told the Tribune on condition of anonymity that, “The political uncertainty along with the deteriorating economic situation in the country has started affecting Pakistan’s workforce.”

“Distressed by inflation, unemployment and uncertain economic and political situation, thousands of youth, including the highly educated, are going abroad every year in search of employment,” the official said.
