Ravi Shastri gives new name to Travis Head, fans call him India’s biggest enemy


Travis Head New Surname By Ravi Shastri: Travis Head has proved to be a big problem for India for some time now. It is not only in the Border-Gavaskar Trophy 2024-25 that Head has troubled Team India with his explosive batting, but his history in this matter is old. Head has given deep wounds to Team India on important occasions like World Test Championship Final 2023 and ODI World Cup Final 2023. Now Travis Head, who was called the enemy of India, was given a new name by former Team India coach Ravi Shastri.

Speaking on an episode of ICC Review, Ravi Shastri said, “Because his new name is Travis Head’a’.” Headache is an English word, which means headache and head has indeed become a headache for Team India. So far, Head has batted in five innings in the Border-Gavaskar Trophy 2024-25, in which he has scored 89, 140 and 152 runs in three innings.

Ravi Shastri further said, “They are looking for a balm in India. For foot problems, ankle problems, even headaches, they are looking for a balm. He is ideal for this.”

Further talking about the improvement in Head’s game, Ravi Shastri said, “I think he is very smart. From what I saw three years ago, he has improved well. Especially the way he plays the short ball. .He is ready to leave. He has learned to leave it well many times.”

Next test will be held in Melbourne

Let us tell you that the next i.e. the fourth Test of the Border-Gavaskar Trophy 2024-25 being played between India and Australia will be played in Melbourne from 26th December. This will be the Boxing Day Test. After three Tests played so far, the series is tied at 1-1.
