Gyanvapi Case: The Varanasi court had on Friday (October 25) rejected the petition of the Hindu side demanding a survey through excavation in the entire Gyanvapi complex. Jagadguru Rambhadracharya’s reaction on this matter has come to light and he has talked about going to the High Court and the Supreme Court.
When Jagadguru Rambhadracharya was asked that the Hindu side’s petition for survey in the Gyanvapi complex was rejected, he said that we will go to the High Court and then the Supreme Court, the decision will be in our favor.

What did the lawyers of the Hindu side say?
Prominent advocate of the Hindu side Vijay Shankar Rastogi said that the application for additional survey given by us has been rejected. Now we will go to the High Court against this order. Our demand was that a survey of the entire complex should be conducted by ASI. I feel that this Court has not followed the instructions of the Honorable High Court. The High Court had directed this court that if the ASI report filed earlier as of April 4, 2021 is not satisfactory, then it has the right to call for an additional survey. This order has been violated. We will go to the High Court after taking a copy of this order.
This is the victory of justice – Mohammad Yasin
On the court’s decision, Anjuman Intezamia Masjid Committee Secretary Mohammad Yasin said that he is very happy with the decision and it is a victory of justice. Let us tell you that in the court, the Hindu side has claimed that there is a Shivalinga under the main dome of Gyanvapi. Along with this, the Hindu side demanded an ASI survey by digging here. However, the Muslim side opposed the Hindu side’s petition saying that the excavation could damage the mosque site.
