‘Ram’ of ‘Ramayana’ did not have money even to put petrol in the bike.

Gurmeet Choudhary-Debina Wedding: If any Ramayana was liked on TV after Ramanand Sagar, it was Ramayana starring Gurmeet Choudhary and Debina Banerjee. Gurmeet Choudhary was seen in the role of Ram and Debina Banerjee in the role of Sita in the show. Gurmeet and Debina got married even before the Ramayana serial. Gurmeet has recently revealed how Debina supported him when he was not earning anything. Along with Debina, her family also supported her a lot.

Gurmeet recently went to the podcast of Bharti Singh and Harsh Limbachiyaa. Where he made many revelations about his professional and personal life. During this, Gurmeet told how and when he and Debina got married.

Got married even before Ramayana
When Harsh asked Gurmeet – When did Debina come into your life? That’s when it happened to you. In response to this, Gurmeet said- Debina and I got married even before Ramayana. Luckily I went for Ram’s audition and got selected. Then I sent Debina for Sita and she got selected for Sita. But that marriage was such that you must know that we did not tell our parents about that marriage.

There was no money to fill petrol
Gurmeet further said- When I met Debina’s parents, I did not have any money and there was no work. There was a car, there was a bike. When there was no money to fill petrol, Debina used to help me. Because Debina was the star of South. She had worked in big films of South. Now we know about South Industry. At that time she used to do films with big stars of South.

Debina’s family supported
Gurmeet said- Debina supported me at that time. His family members did the most. The best thing is that his mom and dad supported me so much when they knew that the one who fights is also going to become an actor and there was no money and the family was also not like that, I am a family boy. Still he supported me.

Debina and Gurmeet have now become parents of two girls. He keeps showing fans glimpses of his personal life in his vlogs.
