Indian Railway Maha Kumbh Preparations: Special preparations have been made by the government and administration for organizing Mahakumbh 2025. Indian Railways is also fully prepared on this occasion. Railway Minister Ashwini Vaishnav on Sunday (January 12) gave details of the preparations for Mahakumbh 2025. He said that in the last three years, keeping the Mahakumbh in mind, Railways has completed works worth Rs 5000 crore. This time 13,000 special trains have been planned which will be almost four times more than the number of trains running during the last Kumbh.

For the convenience of the travelers during Mahakumbh, a war room has been prepared in Prayagraj which will keep a watch 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Railways has launched a booklet in 22 Indian languages ​​to guide the passengers so that devotees of every religion and language can get information. Apart from this, all the announcements at the station will be made in 12 languages ​​so that everyone can easily get all the information.

Security is being given priority in Mahakumbh 2025. Railway Minister said that CCTV cameras have been installed at many places for security. Apart from this, coordination has been established between the state police and railway police to ensure security. Railway Board CEO Satish Kumar said that for the successful organization of Mahakumbh, apart from special trains, extensive plans have been made for the guidance and safety of the passengers.

Facility of announcements in 12 languages ​​at railway station

For Mahakumbh 2025, all the nine railway stations connected to Prayagraj have been newly decorated and passenger facilities have been expanded manifold. Using AI in the announcement system, the facility of announcements in 12 languages ​​has been provided. Railways plans to make an announcement at the station in advance in the language of the state from which the train will arrive so that passengers can make their journey easier without any difficulty. In this way, Railways has made extensive preparations for Mahakumbh 2025 keeping in mind the passenger facilities and safety so that the journey of the devotees can be made simple and safe.
