The two-match Test series between India and Sri Lanka will start from March 4. The first match will be played at IS Bindra Stadium in Mohali. There is still a long time left in this match, but Team India’s legendary spinner Ravichandran Ashwin has already reached Mohali. He has also started his preparations in the stadium.

R Ashwin has been included in the Indian team for the two-match Test series against Sri Lanka. However, he will be able to be a part of the playing XI only if he is fully fit. He is out of the three-match T20I series against Sri Lanka. He was also not part of the team in the limited overs series against the Windies. Due to not being fully fit, he has been kept out of these limited overs series.

The three-match T20 series against Sri Lanka will end on February 27. After this both the teams will get a break for 4 days. Then from March 4, the first Test of the series between India and Sri Lanka will be played in Mohali. The second and last Test of the series will start in Bengaluru on March 12. This test will be day-night.
