‘Pushpa 2’ made a splash in worldwide earnings, became the biggest Indian film on the first day

Pushpa 2 Worldwide Collection Day 1: Official figures related to the worldwide earnings of Allu Arjun’s film Pushpa 2 have been revealed. The film not only achieved the number one position in the list of films having the biggest opening in India on the first day, but also made a splash across the world.

Pushpa 2 has created history by earning Rs 294 crore worldwide on the first day. The film makers have posted a post on their social media handle regarding this achievement of the film.

The films that Pushpa 2 has left behind to become number one in the list of highest grossing films worldwide. Among them, SS Rajamouli’s RRR was at number one. According to IMDV, it had earned Rs 223 crore worldwide on the first day.

The film outperformed Prabhas’s Baahubali 2 (218 crores), Kalki 2898 AD (191.5 crores), Salaar (178.7 crores), KGF (165 crores), Leo (148.5 crores), Devara (145 crores), Adipurush (140 crores) and Shahrukh Khan It has made its place in this list by leaving behind films like Ki Jawan (129 crores).

This film of Allu Arjun-Rashmika Mandanna and Fahadh Faasil has been directed by Sukumar. He also directed the first part of this film released in 2021. The film has topped the list of films having the highest opening at the Indian box office with an earning of around Rs. 250 crores on the first day in India.
