Punjab won with Prabhasimran’s explosive century, crushed Mumbai badly.

Prabhsimran Singh Century: Punjab defeated Mumbai in a match of Vijay Hazare Trophy 2024. Punjab won this match by 8 wickets. Prabhasimran Singh played an amazing inning for that. Prabhasimran scored an unbeaten century. He scored 150 runs. Along with Prabhasimran, captain Abhishek Sharma also did wonders. He scored a half-century. Whereas Arshdeep Singh bowled lethally and took 5 wickets. Abhishek also got 2 wickets.

Actually, Mumbai scored 248 runs while batting first. During this, captain Shreyas Iyer got out after scoring 17 runs. Suryakumar Yadav could not even open an account. He was out on zero. Suryansh Shedge played an inning of 44 runs. He hit 4 fours and 3 sixes. During this, Arshdeep Singh bowled lethally for Punjab. He took 5 wickets for 38 runs in 10 overs. Captain Abhishek also took 2 wickets. Raghu Sharma and Preet Dutta also got one wicket each.

Prabhasimran’s stormy innings gave victory to Punjab –

Prabhsimran had come to open for Punjab. They stayed till the end. Prabhasimran faced 101 balls and scored unbeaten 150 runs. During this, he hit 14 fours and 10 sixes. Along with Prabhisamaran, Abhishek also did wonders. He scored 66 runs facing 54 balls. He hit 4 fours and 5 sixes. Ramandeep Singh scored 22 not out. Facing 12 balls, he hit 3 fours and 1 six. In this way Punjab won the match by 8 wickets.

Suryakumar Yadav flopped –

Mumbai had to face defeat in this match. His batsmen could not do anything special. Surya faced 5 balls and was out on zero. Shivam Dubey returned to the pavilion after scoring just 17 runs. He faced 25 balls and hit 3 fours. Hardik Tamore was also out on zero.
