Khalistan Zindabad Force Operative Arrest: Punjab Police on Friday (March 12) claimed to have arrested a member of the banned Khalistan Zindabad Force (KZF) in the national capital. Punjab Director General of Police says that the KZF operative has been identified as Prabhpreet Singh Germany. DG claims that KZF operative was arrested from Delhi International Airport.

Director General of Police says that Prabhpreet Singh allegedly works to coordinate terrorist activities from the Germany base. Apart from this, he is also involved in fund raising activities along with recruitment in Khalistan Force from Germany. He was arrested by the State Special Operation Cell of Punjab Police, Amritsar.

He says that Punjab Police is working vigorously to trace the entire KZF network and other associates associated with the web.

According to the Director General of Police, police action in search of Singh began in 2020 when the Special Operations Cell (SSOC) in Amritsar received intelligence about KZF terrorist Jagdish Singh Bhura planning to target high-profile people in Punjab. .

4 operatives associated with the banned organization were arrested

After this intelligence, 4 operatives associated with the banned organization were arrested from whose possession arms and ammunition were recovered. The detained persons had revealed their links with Bhura and Prabhpreet Singh during interrogation, which revealed the plan to attack high-profile targets.

Prabhpreet Singh was living in Germany. Therefore, to ensure his arrest, Punjab Police had issued a look out notice against him through the Bureau of Immigration, New Delhi.

Detained by immigration officials at the airport

The DGP said that on Wednesday (March 10), the immigration officials at the IGI airport had informed about the detention of Prabhpreet Singh. After this, a team of SSOC Amritsar reached Delhi and he was arrested.

Reached Germany from Poland by road

SSOC Additional IG (Amritsar) Sukhminder Singh Mann said on Friday that preliminary investigation has revealed that Prabhpreet Singh had gone to Poland in 2017 on a valid visa and after that he had gone to Germany by road in the year 2020. He said that he took the help of politics to become a permanent resident in Germany.
