In new video footage released by the Houston Police Department, 41-year-old woman Desire Pool was seen crossing the road with her son and daughter when a Houston Police cruiser hit them hard. At the same time, a fourth person was also visible in the video, who was standing on an island in the middle of the road.

In the released video, during this horrific accident, along with Police Officer Shelby Kennedy, Officer Joshua Rosales can also be heard sitting in the passenger seat of the car and shouting at Kennedy. Officer Rosales yelled at Officer Kennedy immediately after the accident, “You didn’t see them?” To this Kennedy said, “No.”

A video from Kennedy’s body camera shows the children of Desiree Poole, the victim, screaming and crying after the accident, while the two officers were trying to provide CPR and calling an ambulance to the accident site. After the accident, Pool was immediately taken to a nearby hospital, but according to officials, he was declared dead.

A child can be heard shouting at officers in the video after the accident. She said, “You guys killed my mother.”
