Poland Changes Visa Rules for Indians , Poland is one of those countries in the world where every year a large number of Indians go for jobs. Poland is very popular among Indian people for job and studies. Keeping this in mind, this European country has announced changes in its visa rules for the year 2025.
Interestingly, Poland announced changes in visa rules at a time when America has also made changes in its popular visa program H-1B visa. Today many countries of the world are taking big steps towards making their immigration policies absolutely easy for skilled professionals.
Poland made changes for foreign workers
The most important change made by Poland is the mandatory employment contract for foreign workers. Under these new rules, workers can no longer work in companies under civil law contracts. This will provide workers with greater job security and special protection under Polish labor laws. Actually, this step of Poland is part of efforts to create a transparent and regular labor market. Poland wants that foreign workers coming to its country should not face any kind of exploitation.
Demand for skilled workers is increasing in Poland
It is noteworthy that Poland is also working on a new legislative draft. The purpose of which is to simplify visa and residence permit. In this draft, there is a provision for better monitoring of foreign workers and punishment for not following the rules. Apart from this, this draft also aims to stop people from entering the country illegally. At present the demand for skilled work force is continuously increasing in Poland. Through the new visa, Poland wants to make itself a hub of skilled labor and with this, Poland is going to become the best destination for global talent.
